Every new client of Elemental Wellness will take their first ice bath with a Certified Morozko Method Guide. Everything that we do with the cold we do with intention. Your guide will go over the waiver, educate you on the benefits of a weekly practice and guide you through your first plunge. Come with your bathing suit and an open mind to get uncomfortable. It's in the discomfort we grow! First session includes infrared sauna. After your first guided plunge, you are eligible to become a member.

11-MINUTE MEMBER
The latest research shows that 11 minutes a week or more in 2-5 sessions is a good solid, basic protocol for ongoing use. You’ll have access to our Morozko Forge Ice Bath & Infrared Sauna whenever you like. This is a three-month minimum commitment with 12 sessions a month maximum.
